My fitness pal allows you to set your own goals by deciding whether you want to lose weight or to gain weight by selecting your life style, your activity level and some other features. You can keep track of the exercises you do, you can add your meals by scanning QR codes or by searching in the database and you can even have friends inside the app; on the first page you have a small news feed which shows you the latest exercises your friends do.
