Downtime Assistant turns the MFP into a downtime kiosk, providing needed reports, forms and guideline checklists directly on the MFP, secured and available to the using department during a downtime. It can also complement those EHRs and applications that already have a workstation-based downtime application for critical reports like Epic’s Business Continuity Assistant (BCA) or Cerner’s 724 by providing current downtime forms on demand and checklist guides so important in maintaining both clinical and business continuity during the downtime event. The application can be set to point to your central resource for each type of artifact – reports, forms, checklists – so you can just update in one central place and keep up to date documents directly on the MFP
